Prior to joining Palace, Marsh played grassroots football from seven years old and then joined Watford at the age of 14.
Marsh is a forward who is capable of playing out wide if required. After featuring for the Under-16s in 2021/22, he earned a Scholarship ahead of the new season.
He has hit the ground running for Rob Quinn's Under 18s side in 2022/23, notching three assists and a goal in his first five starts while playing on the wing.
The forward signed his first professional contract with the club in October 2022 and his performances for the U18s earned him a place on the Under-21s bench agasint Sheffield United in December 2022.
Marsh made 24 appearances in all competitions for the U18s in 22/23, scoring 12 goals and notching 12 assists. He won the U18s Player of the Season award for his outstanding work in Rob Quinn's side and also earned a call up to England U18s in May 2023.
He scored on his first England U18s start, netting a brace in a 3-2 win against Australia.
Ahead of the 2023/24 season, Marsh featured as a late substitute for the first-team in their pre-season friendly against Crawley. He started the new campaign as captain of the U18s side and managed to score a hat-trick in the opening game of the season against Southampton.
Marsh registered his second hat-trick of the campaign in a resounding 6-1 win over Liverpool in the U18 Premier League Cup at the start of September. His third hat-trick of the season came against Fulham just three weeks later.
The forward's fine form saw him make the step up to the Under-21s for the first time in late September 2023. He came on as a second-half substitute in the Premier League International Cup clash against Athletic Club.
He notched a fourth hat-trick in a 5-2 win away at Tottenham Hotspur in early November 2023, helping him on his way to earning a contract extension.
Marsh then scored a fifth hat-trick of the campaign in a 5-4 win against Fulham, helping the U18s qualify for the quarter-final of the U18 Premier League Cup.
After the winter break, Marsh netted his sixth hat-trick of the season, though Palace fell to a 5-4 defeat at the hands of London rivals West Ham United.
His exceptional season was unfortunately cut short in early February, due to injury against Chelsea U18s at Selhurst Park in the fifth round of the FA Youth Cup. Marsh managed 25 appearances in total (19 for the U18s and six for the U21s) before sustaining the injury, netting 24 goals along with five assists across all competitions.
Marsh returned from his serious injury in a pre-season friendly ahead of the 2024/25 campaign, getting an assist in a 2-2 draw against Dulwich Hamlet.
