All Season Ticket Holders (from 12:00 BST on Thursday, 17th April) and Gold & Junior Gold Members (from 16:00 BST) will be able to purchase up to three tickets per client reference number (i.e. an additional two if already purchased).
We have been allocated the West Side of the stadium, with the added allocation initially available across all price categories. Please note that unfortunately we will not be able to move any existing seat bookings.
All tickets will be sold in the normal way through our current ticketing system, using your existing Palace accounts and Client Reference Numbers.
The quickest and easiest way to purchase your tickets is online here. Please note, there will be a queuing system in place to give each supporter time to choose their seat/s and ensure site reliability.
Supporters can purchase multiple seats together by adding their fellow supporters' (if eligible for that sales phase) Client Reference Numbers to the 'Friends & Family' section in their ticket Account Management profile. Click here to find out how.
If you are unable to purchase your tickets online, you can purchase over the phone through a dedicated Ticketmaster number 0844 453 9940*, or in person from the Selhurst Park Box Office (both are open Monday – Friday, excluding Bank Holidays). Please note, semi-final tickets will NOT be sold through the normal CPFC Box Office number.
