Selhurst Park’s world title showdown takes place this Saturday (15th June) – and if you're coming down to SE25 here's everything you need to know about the night, before the big billing and WBO World Cruiserweight clash…
In collaboration with Crystal Palace F.C., promotional company Boxxer will host a night of must-watch championship fights as part of the club’s celebrations to mark 100 years since the official opening of Selhurst Park.
If you're going to the big event, please check this guide – which will be kept up-to-date with the latest information – before travelling.

Existing ticket holders
Existing ticket purchasers should have already received your digital ticket(s).
Please ensure they have been downloaded to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay prior to setting off for the event to avoid any issues/delays at the turnstiles on arrival.
If you experience problems with receiving/downloading your ticket(s), please contact the Box Office by emailing boxoffice@cpfc.co.uk or by phone on 0333 360 1861 (phonelines will close at 17:00 BST on Saturday).
The Box Office will open at 09:00 on Saturday for spectators wishing to speak to visit in person.
Key timings
Big-punching Palace fan Richard Riakporhe will be looking to beat Chris Billam-Smith for the second time and cement his status as world champion as a result, with the main event ring walks taking place at 22:00 BST.
There is plenty of entertainment to come before then, however, with music, football, food, drink and plenty more to make it an afternoon and evening to remember.
The Fanzone will open at 16:00, with a Kiss FM takeover from DJ Ace and Ellie Prohan getting the party started, with interviews to come with boxing talent on the main stage.
Bet365 and Hell Energy will be presenting insight from the world of boxing, as well as offering fans the chance to try free samples of Hell Energy – plus, challenge yourself to hit the high score on our punch machine.
At 17:00, settle in with a beer and food from the barbecue as Spain take on Croatia at Euro 2024, with all the action from Berlin live on the big screen.
The fight card begins at 17:15 with the first bout of the evening, before Sky Sports’ live broadcast gets started at 18:30. There is a packed undercard throughout the evening, with plenty of entertainment before the main event including live music performances and entertainment between each fight.
At 22:00, Riakporhe and Billam-Smith are scheduled to make their entry into the ring, at which point the destination of the WBO World Cruiserweight title will be decided in front of a raucous Selhurst Park crowd.
Travel information
Travelling to the event at Selhurst Park, you are asked to plan your journey in advance.
All train stations around the Stadium are alcohol-free zones on the day.
Due to the nature of the event and the numbers expected to attend, Crowd Management will be in place. The Crowd Management plans may require you to queue and wait prior to being given access to the station at busy times. As such, please allow additional time for your journey.
In the event of access being restricted due to numbers, please do not plan to use the last services. They are the last trains; no others will be available. Please arrive at the station for your services as early as possible.
Getting to Selhurst Park
Selhurst Park is situated at the heart of Selhurst and is well served by various forms of public transport.
Please note there is no available parking at the stadium.
Selhurst Park is situated at the heart of a residential area with strict parking regulations in operation on the streets immediately surrounding the stadium.
Local parking enforcement will be in operation and supporters who do not adhere to the relevant restrictions run the risk being issued with a fine along with the possibility of having their vehicle removed/relocated by Croydon Council.

Accessible Parking
There are 16 parking bays available to disabled supporters in the Sainsbury’s car park which is located directly next to the Stadium. These are available on a first come, first serve basis and can only be occupied on production of a valid blue badge.
By Bus
Frequent bus services operate from all directions to the stadium.

By Train
The nearest stations to Selhurst Park are Selhurst, Norwood Junction and Thornton Heath, all of which are within 15 minutes walk of the stadium.
Selhurst and Thornton Heath stations have step free access to all platforms.
Norwood Junction has step free access to Platform 1 for northbound stopping services only; there is no step free access to platforms 2-6.

Please note that Crystal Palace is two miles from the stadium, so it is not advised to use this station.
By Taxi

By Bike
We encourage spectators to cycle to the stadium when possible. Bicycle storage is available free of charge on request at the Information Centre, which is located by Entrance 9 and opens three hours prior to kick off.
Please note that, for safety reasons, e-bikes and e-scooters are not permitted within the footprint of the stadium.
Bag Restrictions
We encourage spectators to not bring a bag, but if it is necessary to do so they can bring a bag/backpack (small enough to fit under their seat) into the stadium, subject to a full search at the turnstiles.
Alternatively, luggage can be left, free of charge, at the Information Centre which is located at Entrance 9.
The Information Centre is open from 16:00 until 30 minutes after the main event has finished. Uncollected items are taken to the Main Reception.
Please note that oversized/extendable umbrellas are not permitted inside the stadium and will be confiscated by security staff at the turnstiles.
Turnstiles
Turnstiles open at 16:30pm.
Full searches are carried out by CPFC stewarding staff prior to entry and spectators are urged to arrive early in order to avoid delays upon entry.
Cashless
To help reduce queues, food and drink outlets inside Selhurst Park and the Fanzone are cashless, so please remember to bring your debit or credit card to the event with you.
Food and drink
There are various alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks available at bars and kiosks through the stadium and in the Fanzone.
We also cater for spectators who require halal, vegan and gluten free food options, our kiosk managers will be more than happy to provide further information at the time of ordering.
Abuse and antisocial behaviour
Crystal Palace F.C. is committed to promoting equality and diversity across the club including staff, spectators and visitors to ensure that everyone in attendance has a safe and enjoyable event experience at Selhurst Park.
Racial/homophobic abuse, discriminating comments towards an individual/group of individuals and antisocial behaviour will not be tolerated. Spectators who are seen to be partaking in any of the above will be ejected from the stadium and may have their information passed to the police for prosecution.
A text alert system is in operation during the event which can be used for reporting incidents of abuse and antisocial behaviour and enables the club to act on any information received in real time. The number to use is 07507 477 669 or +44 7507 477 669 from an international number.
Supporters can remain anonymous, but should include as much information as possible, including the type of abuse or antisocial behaviour as well as the exact location and any distinguishing features.
Any issues that are unable to be dealt with at the time will be followed up and investigated thoroughly by a CPFC staff member.
Accessibility
Fan Support Team and Accessibility Hosts
Our Fan Support Team are located at various points around the stadium and are on hand if you have any questions or are struggling to find your way around. They can be identified by their red coats and information pods.
There are dedicated Accessibility Hosts in all accessible viewing platforms and throughout the stadium who will be on hand to provide assistance, answer any questions you might have and ensure that you have a safe and enjoyable matchday at Selhurst Park. Our Accessibility Hosts are easily identified by their maroon tabards.
Disabled WCs and Changing Places
Accessible toilets are available throughout the stadium and there is a changing places facility in close proximity to the accessible viewing platform in the Lower Holmesdale Road Stand. A smaller changing area with a drop down table is available in the Main Stand.
Inclusion Rooms
We have a Sensory Room at Selhurst Park which is fully accessible and located beneath the Whitehorse Lane Stand.
There is a larger Inclusion Room, with a view of the pitch, located in the Holmesdale Road stand, but unfortunately is not accessible for wheelchair users because of its location.
Anyone wishing to use either room should pre-book through our Disability Liaison Officer, dlo@cpfc.co.uk, however requests on the day may be accommodated subject to availability.
Please inform our DLO or a nearby steward/Accessibility Host should you need to use one of these rooms on the day.
Ear defenders are also available on request.
Refreshments and Service to Seat
A member of staff will visit you in your location to take your refreshments order and deliver it directly to you.
Alternatively, there are bars and kiosks nearby with lowered sales counters and lap trays available for wheelchair users on request.
Emergencies
In case of emergency, our stewards/Accessibility Host will be on hand to direct you to safety. Please remain calm and follow their instructions.
Safety & Security
The following items are prohibited from Selhurst Park:
- Alcohol
- Canned drinks
- Drink glasses/glass bottles
- Drink bottles over 500ml
- Air horns
- Buggies/prams
- Smoke/gas canisters
- Flags or banners that haven’t been granted prior permission
- Video recording equipment
- Large cameras/camera lens attachments
- Large bags or suitcases (a left luggage service is available at the Information Centre)
- Long/golfing umbrellas
- Knives/weapons
- Tools
- Fireworks, flares and pyros
- Musical instruments that haven’t been granted prior permission
Please note that sniffer dogs are positioned at every turnstile and spectators found to be in possession of illegal substances or pyrotechnics will be handed over to the Metropolitan Police.
Flags & Banners
We will do our best to accommodate requests for flags and banners to be brought into the stadium, but there is limited space for them to be displayed.
Supporters wishing to bring a flag or banner should send their request to Clive Mitchell, clive.mitchell@cpfc.co.uk , along with a full description and photograph (where possible).
Please note that large flags and banners will only be considered if accompanied by a British Standards zero spread of flames fire certificate.
CCTV
CCTV cameras are situated throughout the stadium and body cams that have audio as well as visual recording capabilities are worn by some stewards for the purpose of supporter safety and crime prevention.
In the event of a criminal act being committed, footage/still images that have been captured by the club will be shared with the relevant authorities and may, subsequently, be used as evidence during court proceedings.

If someone is at risk of immediate harm you should always alert a member of Crystal Palace staff, ask for the Safeguarding Officer and emergency services immediately.
Children & Young People
Children and young persons aged 16 and under MUST be accompanied by a responsible adult (aged 18+).
Lost Children
During an event at Selhurst Park, if a child is reported as missing or presents as lost, the Event Safeguarding Officer (ESO) on call must be informed and will support the Safety Officer, Club stewards and Security to attempt to locate the child or the parent/carer.
Where the child or parent/carer is unable to be located, the Club Police Liaison Officer will be informed. Supporters are encouraged to use wrist bands, which are available from the information point at Selhurst Park, to detail contact numbers, which would assist with locating parents/carers if the child becomes separated or lost.
Any incidences of lost or missing children must be reported to the Head of Safeguarding who will determine whether a follow up investigation is appropriate.
