The Eagles had the better of the second-half against their in-form opponents, but were unable to find the vital goal that would have sealed back-to-back Premier League wins.
But despite the scoreline there were still plenty of positive displays from those wearing red and blue – one of those being the performance of 19-year-old Canvot.
Days after winning your Player of the Match in Florence, the France youth international was in supreme form against the Hammers, making a remarkable 11 clearances – and two last man tackles – to help his side to a sixth home clean sheet in the last seven matches.
Canvot also made a team-high four tackles; completed 91.9% of his 62 passes; won three aerial duels; and had the third-most touches on the ball of any Palace player, as the teenager's class came to the fore once more.
That display earned him a whopping 66.9% of your Player of the Match votes, with Dean Henderson the runner-up on 10.6%.
