In an end-to-end contest, the Eagles twice came from behind in an entertaining Premier League contest, with Sarr cancelling out James Tarkowski’s early opener, before Mateta struck late after Beto had restored Everton’s advantage shortly after half-time.
There were two Eagles who stood out for you on the day, with Sarr – who had a match-high six shots (three on target), and who became the first Palace player to reach the 20-goal mark in a season since Glenn Murray in 2012/13 – winning 29.3% of your votes!
Runner-up, by a narrow margin, was Tyrick Mitchell – impressive defensively again with three clearances, two tackles and two interceptions, whilst also getting the assist for Mateta's equaliser – who scored 28.7% of your votes!
