After starring in Palace's 4-0 win over Manchester United on Monday, the Eagles' No. 7 was once again a creative tour de force at Molineux, as Palace emerged 3-1 winners.
Not only did Olise open the scoring in the first-half with a majestic finish from outside the box, he also played a beautiful chip into the path of Nathaniel Clyne in the build-up to the second, and played the killer pass for Ebere Eze to seal the points with a calm second-half finish.
Those three goals, plus another collectively impressive performance, helped the Eagles to weather a second-half surge from Wolves, who got one back through Matheus Cunha.
It was once again a performance in which every member of the team shone; Dean Henderson in goal produced a number of important saves, whilst centre-backs Nathaniel Clyne, Joachim Andersen and Chris Richards helped Palace see out spells of Wolves pressure.
Adam Wharton was again influential in midfield alongside both Will Hughes and Naouirou Ahamada; Daniel Muñoz and Tyrick Mitchell offered industry up and down the flanks; whilst Eze, Olise and Mateta got the goals to seal the Eagles' victory.
A close-run poll saw you award Olise the Grilla Player of the Match title with 34% of your votes, whilst Muñoz (21%) and Wharton (14%) both scored highly as well.
