Who can purchase tickets?

Tickets for our home Premier League matches are sold to season ticket holders and paid members. Away Premier League matches are sold to season ticket holders and members based on number of Loyalty Points which will be split into phases, further details will be published once the match is on sale. Tickets can be booked by logging into your account at, in person at the Box Office, or by calling the Ticket Line on 08712 000 071 (calls to this number are charged at 10p per minute plus network charges).

How do I become a member?

We have a variety of memberships available to suit all requirements starting at just £25, please go to for further information.

Why do we grade matches by A & B & A+?

Every match played at Selhurst Park is graded as an A, B or A+ game, the grade of each match is selected based on distance and demand and the grading is used to allocate the ticketing sales process of the match.

What is the A + B Policy?

When purchasing any "A+" grade match ticket, a "B" grade match ticket must be purchased at the same time. So as an example, when you purchase a Tottenham match ticket, you must also purchase a ticket for at least one of the category B games.
Tickets are only on sale to season ticket holders and paid members.
In the initial phase of ticket sales, members/Season Ticket holders will be limited to one guest ticket for each home match, this may be subject to change please see the match detail for further information

Can I choose my seat for away fixtures?

Unfortunately, we cannot choose seats, we are selling tickets on behalf of the other club so we must abide by their selling rules. However, if you have any concerns or special requirements please contact the box office and we will always try to help you.

I am having trouble purchasing tickets online?

Can I buy tickets for my friend and family?

If you frequently buy tickets for more than one person you can activate, create or add other accounts to your Friends and Family list, this will simplify the booking process and ensure that all of your guests can gain loyalty points.

Who qualifies for a concession ticket?

Concession ticket prices apply to the following categories:

  • Juniors (Supporters aged under 18)
  • Under 10's Season Tickets (Available in the Family Zones only)
  • Seniors (Supporters aged 65 and over)
  • Young Adults (18-21)
  • Full Time Students (Must have a valid NUS or Student Card)
    Some concessions that aren't generally age related (for example student tickets) need to be validated and activated by a member of our team before you can access relevant discounts online, please visit the box office to obtain proof of eligibility. Please note that concession discount amount may vary depending on age.

    The match I have tickets to has been moved/postponed?

    In the event of a postponement the ticket/s will be valid for the rearranged match but refunds will be considered only if the ticket is returned to the Ticket Office no later than 24 hours before the kick off of the match. No refund will be given until the rearranged date has been confirmed. In case of abandonment please wait for official Club official announcement regarding refund eligibility. Any ticket is only valid if presented complete. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to ascertain the date and kick off time of any rearranged and/or postponed fixture

    Can I get a refund on my ticket if I change mind?

    All match and season tickets are non-refundable, however in exceptional circumstances the club may accept a refund request. To request a refund the match ticket(s) must be returned to the box office no later than 24 hours prior to the fixture, with a covering letter explaining the circumstances.

    What are loyalty points?

    The club award loyalty points on all club shop purchases and ticketing purchases, these points are then used to prioritise away match tickets. Please visit our website for point value and who can generate points or see the Loyalty points FAQs by clicking

    My season card/match ticket is lost/damaged what can I do?

    If you're experiencing an issue with your season card or match ticket, please report it to the Box Office at your earliest opportunity. We charge a £3 reprint fee for all lost tickets and up to £20 for season cards. If your tickets or season card has been stolen and you provide us with the crime reference number, we will not charge for a replacement.

    My address or contact details are out of date, how do I update these?

    This can be done by logging into your online account at If you select "My Account", then "Your Details", you can enter the new details here. We can also update your details via email. To do this, please email your name, Client ID, and new details to , and we will update your information. If updating your address in person, please either bring a driver's license with your new address on it, or a utility bill with this address. Please note, this cannot be updated by phone.
